Steel Cutting Beacon Atlantic
Steel Cutting of Beacon Atlantic took place at the CIMC Yantai Raffles yard on 17 June 2014 according to plan.
Project had Effective Date on the 31st December 2013
Project Kick Off meetings were held in January 2014 and the first batch of drawings are being prepared for DnV approval. All major long lead items have been ordered by the shipyard.
Fabrication continuing on both the pontoons and the deck box

YCRO has secured an order from Beacon Holdings Group Ltd. (The Owner) to build one unit of harsh environment ice class semi-submersible drilling rig. The rig will be named the Beacon Atlantic.
